Friday, the day before the show, it was pissing down all day. I was thinking it was going to be washed out at the park. Saturday came and it was a nice day. Sure there was plenty of swampy areas and standing water at the park, including where we normally park, but it was manageable and the weather held for the show.
Myself and Rudy went on Sat/Sun. Tim was there Saturday. Mark stopped by on Saturday to the check out the show and say hi. I heard a rumor that Tucker was outside watching the cars, but I can neither confirm nor deny that.
My favorite car of the show was a 1949 chevy fleet line “utility”. It was super cool and well built. If it were mine I’d change the wheels, swap over to a manual trans and put plenty of miles on it driving around.
