Finally, I made it to an event this year! Rudy convoyed down with me (I drove the 49), which was peace of mind. We met up with Kyle and (little) Tucker from AR, Cliff who drove his Model A down and Tim Mac. It was a good day. Weather wasn’t too bad, hot, but a little breeze which really helped. The racing was good and there were some cool cars on display as well. Mike was driving his blue Model A that he has been faithfully bringing back to life (If you haven’t already, you can read his hamb blog thread here). There was a studebaker streamliner there, fresh off the Bonneville salt flats.
