It was a good day for Greaserama and the now traditional breakfast at Tim’s place before hand. Thanks to Tim and Angie for putting on breakfast. I drove the 49 chevy coupe, which was a milestone for me. I’ve spent a lot of time getting the t-bird interior in there and have installed new carpet. It wasn’t without its issues (overheating which a new radiator has since fixed). I followed Rudy out to Tims (insurance incase of the 49 having any major issues). Jim, Gary, Tim #2, Kevin and Howard were already out there. From there we went onto Greaserama (minus Howard). I overheated when I was waiting in the line to get in, she started whistling at me, but I made it in and quickly parked. Mission accomplished… I made it !! We got a good spot on the first bank and sat under a nice shady tree. After a bit I noticed Grumpy, Mark, Billy and Nick were already there, on the hillside behind us… their tree was a bit whimpy, but they had a good breeze and they also had an ez-up so it was a good location to be as well. Tim had his 32 in the sweet 16 and also drove his 56 out with the family.
