RIP Neal “Pops” Miller – A real misfit

Sadly Neal “Pops” Miller passed away last week. When I first started hanging around with the Misfits, he was a regular driving in from Bonner Springs each week in his shoebox ford, that Grumpy now puts the miles on. Most of the misfits went to his place one Saturday and put the fatman front end on 51 ford. He put on a big spread for lunch and it was a good day hanging out, as it was each week and at the events we all went to. Sadly his health had been on the decline for the last few years, but he always made the effort to attend the Misfits BB’s show. When I first started the website he gave me some scans of his old cars and a hand written letter. I’m attaching the letter below and a photo of pops “stealing his first hubcap” in 1943.
RIP pops
